I was not proposing a copy of the SA.
I was more suggesting tracking down specific Class/Method/Attribute 
combinations (with the tracking we already do for TID).
So the refcount is just tracking those. I do not see why it is more 
complicated then the code already in ib_multicast. Just down the stack.
