OPENIB_PARAMS supports only the following options:
--with-memtrack
--without-modprobe
--with-madeye-mod
--without-ipoibconf
CONFIG_INFINIBAND_IPOIB_DEBUG option is set by default if IPoIB selected

You can see all configuration options in the following way:
Run: /etc/infiniband/info
Alternatively, you can check 'prefix'/src/openib/configure.mk file.
