I run on Debian systems all the time.  But I just use the standard
Debian kernel, which has all the IB modules built by default.  I'm not
sure about the Ubuntu Xen dom0 kernel, but I know the default Ubuntu
Edgy kernel (2.6.17) has all the IB modules enabled.

Probably the simplest thing to do would be just to reconfigure your
Xen dom0 kernel and rebuild it with the modules you need if it doesn't
have IB enabled.
