Did you configure the kernel differently ? Is IGMP turned on somehow ? (I 
haven't run with Sean's multicast code.)
 
BTW, as I mentioned, this can be solved on the client side equally as well as 
the SM side.

I guess, but I'm wondering what changed?  This used to "just work" out
of the box.  Perhaps the IPoIB module in 2.6.19 isn't up to date?
