The 2010 Series of OpenID Summits are a key factor for the success of OpenID Foundation. The OpenID Summits have pulled together a large and diverse group of relying parties who benefitted not only from updates from identity providers but also on a wide range of implementation issues. The Technology Summit focused on the state of the OpenID "product." The OpenID Summit London host Microsoft has made possible a much needed international perspective on development issues supported by the support of the OIDF tech committee. Microsoft has agreed to host a one day OpenID Summit UK at the CP Auditorium on the 8th June. The Summit is sponsored by the OIDF, at no/low cost and is coordinating agendas with the European e-Identity Management Conference.
