Great news that Facebook will renew. I assume that this renewal is effective when the membership expired?
I would like to point out that building OpenID on top of OAuth 2.0 is a technical decision and NOT an OIDF board decision. Luke describes what he / Facebook would like to see happen, so I am not interpreting his commentary about OpenID Connect as being built on top of OAuth 2.0 as being a board decision, but want to ensure other board members are clear on the boundaries of the board. -- Dick On Wed, Jul 21, 2010 at 2:04 PM, Luke Shepard <[email protected]> wrote: > As the quarterly Board meeting is this afternoon, David and I wanted to > provide an update as to where Facebook is thinking both around its > membership in the Foundation and goals for OpenID.
