Eric, your take is accurate. This is a chance for Allen and I to share and 
shape his contribution to the OpenID Connect effort and to plan how best to 
coordinate with WG activities and organize rollout resources as required.  I am 
looking for a convenient location and can meet at Google or if you are willing 
to host.
