I do not think we have finalized it. Can we do that in this thread? My straw man would be like: - The IdP MUST have more than 10 million registered users. - The IdP MUST provide the OpenID Login capability for those users. - The version of the protocol MUST be then current approved version of the protocol, or the last version during 24 months of the transition period.
