Hi Andrew, Thanks for pointing that out, I¹ve stubbed out the copy on the OpenID wiki to just point to the official version in SVN.
If anyone has any urgent need for the UI Working Group to finalize the 1.0 version of the UI Extension, please let me, or any of the other WG members know.
