(to the list this time) It can be all of these things. At the beginning we'll figure out exactly what we want to talk about. Signatures, state of OAuth, upgrade from OpenID 2.0, discovery, profile info schema.
Sorry I was working last night, just tried to get some of the larger pieces into the spec which people had been talking about for awhile. (identifiers as pairs of user and domain as well as an updated signature) And to be clear, everything I did I see as being covered under the Foundation's IPR policy and Facebook's contribution agreement.
