Hi, no. It looks like Oracle moved libmtsk to system/library/openmp package with something called openmp.license. From the license only one header file is under BSD like license, the rest is owned by Oracle and not redistributable. So there is no legal way to publish newer libmtsk in OpenIndiana, only if somebody reimplements libmtsk :-(
