Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but when I try this in the routert3 zone: ipadm delete-if routert3.vnic0 ipadm create-addr -T static -a 192.168.0.42/24 routert3.vnic0/v4static
(Changing it to 42 instead of 3, for now.) And I reboot the zone, I get: r...@routert3.ds:~# ipadm show-addr ADDROBJ TYPE STATE ADDR lo0/v4 static ok 127.0.0.1/8 routert3.vnic0/_a static ok 192.168.0.41/24 routert3.vnic3/_a static ok 192.168.3.41/24 lo0/v6 static ok ::1/128 routert3.vnic0/v4static static disabled 192.168.0.42/24 r...@routert3.ds:~# Then if I delete it: r...@routert3.ds:~# ipadm delete-if routert3.vnic0 And reboot the zone, I end up right where I started: r...@routert3.ds:~# ipadm show-addr ADDROBJ TYPE STATE ADDR lo0/v4 static ok 127.0.0.1/8 routert3.vnic0/_a static ok 192.168.0.41/24 routert3.vnic3/_a static ok 192.168.3.41/24 lo0/v6 static ok ::1/128 r...@routert3.ds:~# On Mar 15, 2013, at 12:09 AM, dormitionsk...@hotmail.com wrote: > Thank you!
