There's no problem with firefox or thunderbird_31.2.0 on oi_151a9
(this mail is written on TB 31.2.0 downloaded with FF 31.2.0...).
As usual, it seems to be a problem of the pkg version. Install
the tarball in /usr/local/ and point /usr/bin/{firefox,thunderbird}
to that binary. Never install something onto an existing package
directory. There's an additional trick to make this permanent: After going to that page, right click on the page's tab and "pin" it, then leave firefox. After restart, the tab permanently stays there, and you never have to go to that page again manually (only after a real flash crash, which is much more seldom than with previous flash versions).
