Oh, I went into the discussion knowing there would never be a forum. It doesn't fit with the character and target audience of this project, which is firmly rooted in old UNIX traditions. If it were still possible to use UUCP bang paths, this list would do it. ;) I just found the generation-based ire amusing. Lots of people arguing that kids these days just don't know what's good for them, instead of just saying "I prefer it the way we've always done it."
