Hello, I have run the following commands apostolo@adalind>> audioctl show-deviceDevice: /dev/sound/audiohd:0mixer Name = audiohd#0 Config = ATI HD Audio (SB600) HW Info = HD codec: Realtek ALC662 apostolo@adalind>> audioctl show-device -d /dev/sound/audiohd\:2mixer Device: /dev/sound/audiohd:2mixer Name = audiohd#2 Config = onboard1 (a) HW Info = Unknown HD codec: 0x10de0051
it seems that the system knows almost nothing about this device. File https://github.com/illumos/illumos-gate/blob/master/usr/src/uts/common/io/audio/drv/audiohd/audiohd.c contains the following lines {0x10de0002, "nVidia MCP78 HDMI", 0x0}, {0x10de0003, "nVidia MCP78 HDMI", 0x0}, {0x10de0006, "nVidia MCP78 HDMI", 0x0}, {0x10de0007, "nVidia MCP7A HDMI", 0x0}, both MCP78 and MCP7A are GPUs. My system has a GK208 GPU and I think it should be included in this list, right?
