I am still fiddling with Postgis, and around 20+ dependency on gcc-49.
Do you have any other repository link information ?
Or, the only option, would be creating my own repository ?

Hi.
Firstly update system. Then you'll be able to install updated gcc.
userland-incorporation ties all packages to the same timeline (in this
case - timeline of latest snapshot). And these package versions were
recently wiped out from repository to keep its size decent.
