Hi Tim, Finally tracked down the problem.....user error :-[
I changed my Global Address and forgot to update the firewall, updated firewall - problem resolved.
I did find that I had to update /etc/inet/ndpd.conf to disable SLAAC on the IPv6 ULA and GA interfaces
