That's correct. That's why I'm using Nvidia cards in it.

Are you using a specific /etc/X11/xorg.conf configuration file or do you use the probe and autodetection ?
Totally vanilla setup. Whatever that happens to be. I just booted off the USB image and it worked, or, it did work ... until yesterday's plug into the KVM switch anyway.
