Yes.  I'll push that to SuSE and Red Hat shortly, and It'll appear in
my next RHEL3/RHEL4/SLES9 build next week.

Also as a point of interest, if you're following the SLES9 SP3
kernel-of-the-day builds, you'll find the ipmi driver set now matches
the 36.4.SLES9 driver set I posted on Monday, as of last night's drop
from ftp.suse.com/pub/projects/kernel/kotd/
