The MC is inactive, meaning it is reported as being possibly present,
but is not current present in the system. That's why there is no
information on it.

I'm not sure why this is happening (since the device id response looks
ok at a glance), but you will need to review the logs coming out of
openipmi. If you use the GUI, the logs are easier to read.
