If a sensor is removed, how does one uniquely identify it in order to
remove it from a list of saved sensor info? Is there anything that
persists long enough for the sensor update handler to use it? (e.g.
sensor number via ipmi_sensor_get_num or unique name from
ipmi_sensor_get_id).
