virtual media concept:

Mapping the CD-ROMs,floppy-drive and other storage media in the local
machine (IPMI client ) to the remote IPMI server (Over lan) virtual CD ,
virtual floppy drive , through that i can perform the OS patch
installation, OS installation
in the remote IPMI server from my local machine(IPMI client).
How to perform the above virtual media concept using OpenIPMI API.
Note:

The above virtual media concept is similar to the HP-iLo virtual media
feature.
