The OpenIPMI library doesn't print anything, it goes through the log interface and the application using the library prints it. The logs are classified by type/severity, so you can easily suppress "info" type messages in your application. The provided sample UIs print everything by default, but you don't have to.
The idea is that you can log less important messages to a disk and print more important messages to the console/syslog. -corey baranidharan wrote: > Hii all, > At the time of lan connection , the following OpenIPMI log > messages displayed in my screen , > i am not interest displaying OpenIPMI log messages in the > screen , how to avoid this. > > > INFO: 0 ipmi_lan.c(connection_up): Connection 0 to the BMC is up > INFO: 0 ipmi_lan.c(connection_up): Connection to the BMC > restored > > Thanks, > -Barani > > ********** DISCLAIMER ********** > Information contained and transmitted by this E-MAIL is proprietary to > Sify Limited and is intended for use only by the individual or entity to > which it is addressed, and may contain information that is privileged, > confidential or exempt from disclosure under applicable law.
