Bug description:
When printing from a Java application such as Freemind, the Java print dialog
box does not contain the common US paper size known as "Tabloid" or "Ledger".
This paper is size is 11" x 17"
Also, the "Folio" paper size is listed twice in the pull down selection (screen
shot attached).
