Bug description:
The package depends on libjpeg62-turbo-dev which is not present in mantic.
We should use libjpeg-dev virtual package to ensure that Debian and Ubuntu
have the same control file in sid and Ubuntu development branch.
Note: 8u382~b04-2 depends on libjpeg-dev - probably there was a
manual edit of the control file at some point and the control file was
regenerated for the -ga build
