JavaFX JIRA is public, so a good starting point is to search for all the
open accessibility issues:

(search for all the open issued in project Runtime with the
"accessibility" label).
Every registered JavaFX JIRA user can leave comments (tests, patches,
justification, etc.) in the bugs. Your participation is very appreciated.
