jfxswt.jar missing from b115

As an FYI for anyone using FXCanvas for SWT interop, we introduced a bug 
in JDK 8 b115, RT-34169 <https://javafx-jira.kenai.com/browse/RT-34169>, 
that caused jfxswt.jar to go missing. The bug is already fixed in the 
soon-to-be-released b116.
