Deadline for FX 8 fixes

As a reminder, we are rapidly approaching ZBB (Zero Bug Bounce) for FX 
8, which is also the start of RDP2 (Rampdown Phase 2) after which all 
fixes (except docs, test, and samples) will need release team approval. 
All fixes must be in JDK 8 b119. The deadline to push changes to the FX 
8 graphics forest is Tuesday, 3-Dec-2013 at 3:00 pm Pacific.
