I think that this is clear to everybody. The point is that Jira is extremely flexible in configuring access policies and two instances can be very different in terms of usability. With Jira/JBS I was referring to the two instances and their currently configured access policies. A few people pointed out in the previous emails about these differences.

In other words, consolidating to JBS is fine: but, as many expressed doubts, does it mean that the JavaFX component will be subject to the same configuration of JBS? Or is it possible to have its access policy, as a component, to stay the same? What about having the access policy of JBS more open, such as the current JIRA for OpenJFX?

I suppose these are more legal issues, or internal Oracle policy issues, than technical issues.
