JDK-8131148 was closed as a duplicate of the following bug:

We fixed that bug in 9, and in the upcoming 8u66 maintenance release.
The underlying bug is still there in 8u60, but you will no longer see it
on Windows machines with a scale factor of 125% due to the fix for
https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8129862 (which sets the Hi-DPI
threshold to 150% on Windows) in 8u60-b22.
