Here is an updated webrev for this bug that fixes all errors and
warnings in "introduction_to_fxml.html" reported by tidy. It
additionally fixes 3 of the warnings (there were already no errors) in
cssref.html. As with the previous webrev, the outdated "faq.html" is
removed.
