The following should work:
gradle -PFULL_TEST=true -PUSE_ROBOT=true -PUNSTABLE_TEST=true
:systemTests:test
You can limit it to just the Monocle tests as follows:
gradle -PFULL_TEST=true -PUSE_ROBOT=true -PUNSTABLE_TEST=true
:systemTests:test --tests 'test.robot.com.sun.glass.ui.monocle.*'
