This is now fixed. The Skara bot successfully processed the backlog and
resolved all of the issues in question.

The reason for the delay is a problem accessing JBS from the Skara
bot. It should be sorted out soon. In the mean time, I've added a
label and a comment to each bug so we can track them, but I left them
open to see whether the Skara bot will catch back up once access is
restored (it should do). I'll do the same to any other bugs that are
resolved prior to fixing the issue.
