2020 CPU to 11-dev (for 11.0.8) and the jfx14 branch of jfx (for 14.0.2).

Each is a straight backport (patch applies cleanly) of the two FX fixes
that went into the July CPU.
NOTE: For the 14.0.2 backport, since this is an integration of
already-reviewed fixes into the jfx repo, I will push it directly into
the jfx14 branch rather than via a pull request. The 11.0.8 backport
will be pushed to the HG 11-dev repo.
