While reviewing this, I found two more bugs that should be excluded from the 
list of fixed bugs (they are cleanup bug that don't affect functionality at 
all). I just now added the `noreg-cleanup` keyword to those two bugs in JBS, so 
they no longer show up in the filter.

This looks good to me (aside from the two bugs that can be removed from the 
list).
