The domain 'libav.org' is not resolving for at least a week now, causing
the build to fail when '-PBUILD_LIBAV_STUBS=true' (see below). The
domain itself is good until 2024:

If the problem persists, we could use GitHub as an alternative (assuming
those are source archives):
