The reason it didn't do a GHA run automatically is that the source branch in 
your personal fork for this PR is `master`. GHA runs are intentionally disabled 
for the master branch. The recommended workflow is to use a separate branch for 
each PR other than master. Please leave it as-is for this PR (else you would 
need to close and recreate the PR), but it is something to be aware of in the 
future.
