I've added popup menu to full screen/ minimize/ maximize to the standalone 
monkey tester, just in case.

I can reproduce the iconify issue with EXTENDED and the following config (by 
invoking 'iconify' popup menu):

Looks like fx _thinks_ it's iconified, but it is not.  (please pull from the 
standalone monkey tester repo)
