Bug report notification links don't work

I reported JDK-8375016 via the Java bug submit form as I don't have a 
JBS account yet. I got an automated confirmation from 
bug-report-daemon...@oracle.com that points to 
http://bugs.java.com/bugdatabase/view_bug?bug_id=JDK-8375016, which I 
can't open.
