Hi Marc,

since the basemap is quicker than the singleTile, I see an incorrect geographic 
situation, the old WMS image on top of the newly loaded basemap.

With transitionEffect on sometimes it went okay, and sometimes not, but this 
seems to be related to:

However, we do not want to use transitionEffect if possible.
