Hi, This bug appeared in 2.10. The popups that are located above or to the left of the anchor are displaced twice the size of the anchor. The bug can be checked with: http://dev.openlayers.org/releases/OpenLayers-2.10/examples/popupMatrix.html clicking on the markers on the right or bottom.
