You'll need to be more specific when you say "the demo"; do you mean my tap to 
pan work? If so, that's expected: devices with real touch should not use tap 
navigation by default, since it's a weird metaphor for those devices. The code 
explicitly turns off tap for those browsers which are touch enabled.

Just tried the demo, the stock browser isn't detected as being supported, but 
the touch panning works beautifully
