Hi, Now only a trible click lets finish a drawing using IE6. This problem is similar to what had been in control for measuring up to 2.11
See in http://trac.osgeo.org/openlayers/ticket/3194#comment:9 a possible solution to both problems. But I am aware that is a somewhat risky approach at the present time.
