Has anyone implemented a de-cluttering capability in OpenLayers that clusters overlapping features and when moused over, the cluster will "fan-out" similar to de-cluttering in Google Earth. If not, would it be feasible to use the http://openlayers.org/dev/examples/strategy-cluster.html example and instead of displaying pics outside of the map when the mouse hovers over a cluster, a features "fan-out" would display on the map instead?
