Hi, I got a clone of OL3 source tree and was able to get several examples up and running - good work, folks.
What I'm missing is some documentation, getting started document or similar. Some things are completely different from OL2, what is the way to get it working via e.g. apache, without need to start the Plovr server etc. Sorry for basic questions. Viena report (OL Blog) points to http://openlayers.github.com/ol3/apidoc/master/, which is not existing.
