I think this belongs on the openlayer-user list since it is not about
developing internal OL code.
That said, what requests do you see in debugger NET panel and what are
the responses? If the requests are okay and the responses are valid
images, then the setup is wrong. Ditto if requests are being generated.
Failed server calls means definition wrong.
