For reasons I won't get into, I have a set of TMS-format directories which
provide tiles to a few OpenLayers maps I maintain. These maps are required to
only allow zoom levels 6-12 to be accessible. Currently I have done this by
creating a new directory with symlinks (i.e. 0 -> 6, 1 -> 7) and setting
numZoomLevels in the OpenLayers.Map object.
I figure there's got to be a better way to do this. When googling for others
with this problem, all I found were suggestions that were layer-specific
(minZoomLevel or something), or sounded WMS-specific (adjusting resolutions array).
Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
