It seems this topic doesn't interest anybody.  That's kind of a shame
actually because I think using the API's to display RSS markers on a map is
essential to what the future of open geo tools are capable of..

Anyways so now I am no longer getting THAT error, but now I've been stuck on
this other error...

XML Parsing Error: no element found Location:
moz-nullprincipal:{ef0b105f-5a07-44db-9f2b-47b0a680f922} Line Number 1,
Column 1:

This is what it says in firebug.  Seems that for some odd reason, no XML is
being read from the RSS feed...

I know for sure that this feed is valid simpleGeoRSS.  I have seen it used
in many other examples, I am thinking it might have something to do with my
proxy etc but honestly I have no idea so I really appreciate any
suggestions!
