Hello all. I am modifying some applications and demos to work in Safari browser of IPad. It is evidence that in actual release (2.10), both IPad performance and multitouch control are a handicap.
I am looking for multitouch solutions for few days. I found two possible solutions, but neither have production quality. These are used in: http://anders.com/touchmaps/ http://calftrail.com/Share/multitouch/ http://mab.edina.ac.uk/geomobile-test/osm.html http://pdxapi.com/preview.html The questions are: - Will New version 3.0 of openlayers solved these issues? - Are there timings for release version 3.0? - Is advisable use v3.0 in new projects that will be in production in few months?
