For the scrollbar problem I'll give it a try, but for the rest I don't think
it depends on my html, because it happens also when I have just text (for
instance an <h2> with the title and a <p> for the description)...

Reading around I found this thread but it dates back to 2008 (
http://osgeo-org.1803224.n2.nabble.com/FramedCloud-and-autoSize-td1829440.html)...
it looks like it's the same bug and I feel it's still open? It seems there's
a function that calculates the size of the popup without applying the style
before, so it ends up having a big popup and a small text..

Maybe I'll try to post on the dev list as well.
